Abstract: The new-born child began to learn to interact with his environment effectively and efficiently. This depends on his capability to explore and manipulate his environment. In his effort to interact, he is always involved in the inseparable processes of perception and motion. Quantity and quality of motion experience enable the child to develop his perceptive capability. The appropriateness between experience data obtained through perception and capability of motion is needed to develop his capability to explore environment in a balance way. When it is not achieved, the child will meet some difficulties in developing his academic capability. The capability of motion observation also influences on the child’s physical skills such as in the cases of coordination, equilibrium, balance, and agility.
