Pengembangan MODEL KONSTRUKTIVIStik 5-FASE untuk meningkatkan PARTISIPASI MAHASISWA DALAM Pembelajaran termodinamika
M. Masykuri & Endang Susilowati Abstract: Innovation in science teaching have needed especially for the high difficulty subject matter, i.e. Thermodynamic Course. This research aims at observing the application of 5-phase constructivistic model and its effect upon student participation in Thermodynamic Course. This research was classroom action research and executed in 2 cycles. Result of evaluation, analysis, and reflection indicated that 5-phase constructivistic model can improved student participation in Thermodynamic learning. Level of student participation for the indicator of student enthusiasm equal to 68,8%; enquiring activity equal to 49,1%; listenning and noting activity equal to 71,3%; workmanship of duty equal to 65,2%; and library exploiting equal to 54,3%. Five-phase constructivistic model also can improved level of student attendance in learning; average attendance of student equal to 84,4%.
