Abstract: This research aims to know how attitude and behavior of society in the costal village. This research is descriptive one with the sample of 100 family heads taken by purposive sampling technique. Primary data are collected using questionnaires distributed to each sample of research. Secondary data are collected using documentary technique. All the data are analyzed based on the descriptive analysis by using single tabulation to know the level of percentage, and scored with the scale of Likert. The data analysis shows (1) people’s attitude to coastal environmental management are as follows:  29% of them are very good; 62 %, good, and 9 % good enough; (2) their behavior to coastal environmental management are as follows : 1% of the, are very good; 25%, good;  60%, good enough, and14% , very low. Based on the number, it can be seen that in general, the attitude of people in general is good and their behavior is good enough; but the percentage of behavior is under one of attitude. This shows that people’s good attitude is not implemented in everyday life well to their environment
