PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN INFORMAL

TERHADAP KINERJA PENGURUS KUD
(STUDI KASUS  PADA KUD KOTA BANJARMASIN)

Abstract: This research is aimed at  knowing and giving information on educational backgrounds of the board of KUD (either formal, non-formal or informal) and giving information on types of education influencing much on the board members’ performance. The research population are the four KUDs in Banjarmasin, and all the members of each board are targeted as population. The research is conducted using a census. The explanatory survey method is applied; data collecting is done using direct interview, questionairy and documentation. The result of research shows that (1) the members of the board are dominated by the persons having high educational backgrounds (BA and Sarjana S1); (2) they are not supported much by non-formal educational background, (3) informal education  has strong impact on their performance in comparisons with formal and informal ones.
