Microsoft Music Producer
Microsoft Music Producer was a program that you could use to create custom-tailored music for a multimedia
presentation or World Wide Web page. Unfortunately it was a beta
release program and is no longer available.
With the program, you could generate music based on the guidelines you specify. A composition created with
Music Producer was made up of tempo, key, styles, personalities, and instruments. You
could change any or all
of the elements to create a unique musical composition.
Below are some midi files that I have created with Microsoft Music Producer. These musical compositions
last for 1 minute and will give you some idea of the power of the program. With Microsoft Music Producer
you can produce compositions that last must longer. Feel free to download these midi files and use
them.
