Contestants will be judged on overall performance, style, and suitability of performance with orchestral accompaniment. All contestants will be auditioned privately. Accompanists are the responsibility of the contestants. A second keyboard will be available for those accompanying pianists. The judges reserve the right to select more than one winner, or to select no winner. The decisions of the judges are final.

Applications must be postmarked no later than May 15, 2010, and must include a non-refundable $50.00 application fee in the form of a check or money order payable to THE SOUND SYMPHONY. Receipt of the completed application will be acknowledged by the competition committee in writing, and audition times will be specified. Return completed applications, including application fee, to the address below.
