I would like to dedicate this page to my homeland, Dalat.
Dalat was discovered by Dr. Alexander Yersin (who first identified the bubonic plague bacilus) in 1897.
1,500 meters above sea level, Dalat is an ideal mountain vacation spot. Temperature varies from 16-27^oC.
I'm very proud of its landscape. It has been always a great place for tourist for its beautiful natural landscape and cool weather. People call this city as tha`nh pho^' mo^.ng mo+ (city of romance), or tha`nh pho^' su+o+ng mu` (city of mist). Imagine you walking down a valley in an early morning when mist cover all over you; imagine the first lights of the rising sun go through the curtain of mist and down to the valley... Isn't it a heavenly great sight! Yes, that's how the beauty of Dalat looks like.
Bcuz of its romance, the Dalatians are somehow also got influence of the romantic characteristic, and are lovable (like me... hehehe... ssssshhhh) ;-)
