PRAYER REQUEST FOR CALOW LOW

Dear Brothers and Sisters-in-Christ,

Thanks for your prayerful support for sister Calow Low Cheng Ann. She is feeling much better now and is back to her bubbly self again. I'm so glad and thank the Lord that I can feel her sense of humour through the emails that she had sent me. Keep her in this state, Lord, for as long as she lives. Please continue to pray for her health, strength and an answer to her plight. You can find out more about her from this link.

MANDARIN WORSHIP SERVICE
  1. Cell Groups: Pray and ask the Lord for more leaders to lead cell groups that we may have a wider coverage of members in cell groups. Remember the present 2 cell groups: Queen Street and Choa Chu Kang. Pray for the preparation of materials for the cell groups.
  2. Sunday School: Intercede for the teachers and that more classes may be formed next year.
  3. New Believers: 3 new believers were baptised last Sunday, praise be to the Lord. Intercede for them and another 2 new believers as they seek the Lord, through prayers and His Word, and obeying His commands.

LEADING FROM THE LORD FOR 1998

Waiting on the Lord, in crying out to Him:
  1. in repentence of our slowness in turning to Him for advice or direction, and for not obeying His instructions,
  2. in affirmation of His faithfulness towards each of us, to enable us to trust Him without hesitation and taking the direction He sets before us,
  3. ask for courage and boldness to do all the things that He wants us His church to do in His Name.

NOAH'S ARK OUTREACH WORK

This work in reaching out to non-Christian friends have been on for one year. Every once in two months, an activity is organised at Noah's Ark, Bugis Street where church members can bring non-Christians.

Our brothers and sisters actively involved in this ministry will be with us to share the develop-ment of this work and needs as well. We will then intercede for them.

MARINE PARADE OUTREACH

Our brothers and sisters from this cell group have been reaching out. These include leading a group of non-Christian Chinese nationals in Bible Study, helping the destitute and old by going to clean their flats and more. Our brother David Ang will share and we can intercede for them.

The Pastoral team visited members of our Church who are hospitalised or recuperating at home every week. Below is the list of these Church members for the current week. Please intercede and .......
