From the inside looking out. There are two of these doorways, front and back, with a central hallway. There is a wing off of one side. You can see (kind of) the tin roof constructed over the porch which was put on the house after Nancy Slaton's death in 1882. (See Nancy's ghost story about why the second story was removed.) |
