The East Rand Youth Orchestra would offer a Sponsorship the following benefits in return in return for its financial support:-
1. Naming rights for the orchestra.
2. Branding opportunities: banners, clothing, programs
3. Continuous media coverage especially in the light of the present problems with the National Symphony Orchestra and the Pact Orchestra.
4. Exposure to our 100000 A B income people during the Orchestras 35 or more concerts held each year.
5. Complimentary tickets for your guests at these various concerts.
6. The use of the Orchestra for a negotiated number of corporate functions per annum.
7. The ability to advertise your products at each concert – products could be displayed with the company name.
8. The name of the company could be painted on the orchestras' trailer, which is taken to all the concert venues.
9. Could produce banners to display company name on each orchestra member's music stand.
10. A poster thanking the company for the financial help and support for the Orchestra, with a colour photograph of the orchestra, which can be displayed for customers to notice.
11. Mention and Exposure on the ERYO web site as well as a link to the companies web site.
11. Any other advertising suggestion will be considered.
Suggested Methods Of Sponsorship
1. Complete Support.
This involves adopting the orchestra and funding it completely in the projected short fall in finances.
The benefits will include all those mentioned above and in particular the naming of the orchestra to reflect the sponsorship.
2. Partial Support.
This would be the regular financial support of the orchestra but not the total funding. The amount could be any denomination. The benefits are as indicated above without the name change of the orchestra (depending on the size of the support)
3. Ad Hock Support/Friend of The Orchestra.
This would not be a continuous financial support, but a once in a while donation, instrument acquisition, transportation or any other specific needs being met. Once again the benefits would be as above without the name change.
