| Hi, my name is Rick and I love to meet new people. I was Born in 1964, and I`m 100% Italian (Calabrese) which is located in the very south of boot...The tip of the toe! The people there are usually very dark and have a very strong accent! I come from a very large Italian Family. I am the youngest of six (4 sisters and a brother). I have cousins in various parts of the world, including Italy (Naples, Calabria`s Siderno), New York (Brooklyn), Miami, Seattle, Argentina, and Australia. My father settled here in California in the 1950`s. My father was a cobbler who strived to make a living here in the states with my mother and 4 sisters. In my younger years I was strong, confident and a bit cocky. I was pretty much a Athlete. I played Baseball (shortstop), Football (Quarterback), and was a Bodybuilder! I was a young teenager whom had everything going for himself! I was always attracted to woman who where also strong, confident, and family oriented!! This was always the case even after my boating accident that left me paralyzed on May 22, 1982! I was only 17 yrs old! It really put a halt into my life. I been in a wheelchair since and hope for recovery soon! I was with friends at the time, and it seemed that I was there to save everybody else`s misery! Since the accident, I become stronger mentally even though it destroyed this once young muscular and very athletic Italian boy! So as I get older I realize how precious life really is..I still model and do the things that I enjoy doing. There`s one thing that I still strive for, and that is to walk and run again soon! | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| This is me in the Wheelchair with two gorgeous friends! I still remember the bitterness, in the early hospital years with negative rehabilitation attitudes...but being alive is not bad at all!!
