I group under the heading of Western Christianity those organizations and schools of thought within Christianity which formed as a direct or indirect result of Constantine's accession to the throne of the Roman Empire. The thought within these groups tends to have been greatly influenced by Greco-Roman tradition and philosophy, and is heavily dependent on Torah abrogation and replacement theology. Although I rather tend to disagree with most adherents on a host of particular religious topics, many of my friends are such, and an understanding of the dogma and thought of these groups is necessary for any student of religion and history.
