Note: All the rehearsal dates stated above is arranged for full band & sectional with the Conductor Mr. Joost Flach. However you are encouraged to have your own sectional practice which can be held 1-2 hours before full band practice, or others date does not crash with the full band rehearsal. Sectional principal has to responsible for the sectional practices.

Venue : Ipoh Parade Shopping Complex
Program : full band performances, brass quintet performance & clarinet quartet performance.
Free of charge

The next audition program will be on every January of the year, date to be confirmed
Audition
Program & Membership Application Procedure
The
Audition
syllabus:
1.
Eb and Bb Major scales – tone quality, rhythmic sense and dynamics
2.
Side read a repertoire - to be given by Conductor
4.
Presents a simple solo piece of your own selection during the audition.
Membership
Application Procedure:
1.
Fill
in the formal ISB Member Application form – to be given during the audition
2.
Agree
to the Rules and regulation of Ipoh Symphonic Band
3.
Pass
the audition program – to be informed immediately or later by formal letter.
4.
Pay
RM12 as application & annual membership fees for the year 2000 – to be
paid, if your membership approved by conductor.
5. You will be given a membership card of ISB
