Slowly her vision cleared. 
She was in the recovery room and realised the operation had been a success. "Here am I, Mary Brown, 
the world’s first brain transplant patient, and I feel good." 
  
It had been a long wait but worth it. The ugly body she had been born with had been cast aside like 
a second-hand dress.
  
"We want no secondary complications," Dr Abbott had assured her. "Your brain will only be 
transplanted into a perfect donor body."
  
Dr Abbott arrived and she expressed her heartfelt gratitude and admiration.
  
Nonchalantly, he replied, "All in the day’s work, Mr Brown."
