Opening Thought by TM Sado; "Snow Bug"

The snow bugs; the messenger of winter are quite often seen these days. In winter comes, she'd like to go skiing and enjoy hot springs after that. What is your plan in winter?

Table Topic and Current Issue Session by TM Komata; Reviewing the Voice Training Workshop and sharing the ideas;

We reviewd the internal Voice Training Workshop held in September. This meeting it's also useful for members who couldn't attend at that time.
We presented a harmonious performance at the Workshop. These are the tips we remembered it useful.
Items to be considered to make good speeches;
Speech has some aspects of performing a play.
Good speech is the one you can perform a play.
The one who asked good questions always win at speech.
Let's learn the way you giving a voice: KIKOU, YOGA, Breathing, ...
Making rhythm is important in public speaking.
Let's play the musical instrument of your throat which was given by the
God!
The first voice/sentence is most important, if it is impressive, you can attract the audience all the time through speech.
The tone of your voice and the way you breath are the key points for the success of speech.
Let's look the people around when talking, watch the people's eyes.
Facial expression is also important. Let's smile and be sad according to the situation.

Prepared Speech by TM Brazil; "Trip to Bering Sea"

TM Brazil went to Bering Sea this summer by vessel. You know why it's called Bering Sea? Bering is the sea captain of the Russian navy. He had a expedition of this area; form Kamchatka to America. Unfortunately, he died one of the island of the isles.
He started from Anchorage. Saw many breeding colonies of sealion, seals, sea birds, ...etc. This region is famous for full of natural history and large fishing areas. For example, Dutch harvor the America's buggest fishing site attracts fleets from not only America but also from Russia and Japan. Everybody went to that area for getting natural resources.
By the way, huge ecological crisis are happeing in Bering Sea. Birds couldn't breed for 5 years by environmental pollution. Also, local culture is so important. Local indigenious people have good ideas to live with nature.
This time, he had the opportunity to board on the training vessel. If you have a chance to trip this area, why don't you look around the wildlife? You'll be a good naturalist.
