An Unremarkable Life... even for a 30 year old

There is nothing much...unfortunately. I am born on the 23rd of November, 1971

A most ordinary family...with one elder sister and one elder brother. I am most happy to say that my parents are living alive and healthily :) I have three sets of grandparents, of which three of them have passed away. I dreamed of them lately. It was quite emotional for me.

I attended:

Rosary Hill School: A Very Large School! with a whole fleet of....school bus drivers. I don't think there are many schools in HK that the driver's dormitory can have enough people to hold 3 tables of Mahjong most of the time :)

What else? Hmm....I think our school can safely boast having one of the best looking winter school uniforms:) Lots and lots of ghost stories around the school (well, which school in HK doesn't?) But we got the scariest. Oh, and scary primary teachers, too.

St. Paul's Co-Educational College: A very uppity-hack school...which somehow felt tarnished solely based on the misfortune that I was admitted. Middle-Class family background--horrors! Classmates there are mostly from (very-)well-to-do families. The people may be boring but nice in general :) I don't know why I am in there. Now, I am embarassed to go to reunions... Most, if not all, of the classmates turned into professionals... *YAWN*. To be honest, the atmosphere of education is very strong (yet natural and positive) in the school. And, I can't help remebering the first time I listen to Miss Kotewall explaining to us the meaning of 1 Corinthians 13...all those who attended SPCC surely will remember.

A Listing of some of the friends from my year.

With all due respect, Miss Kotewall, you deserve to be fondly remembered.
Albert Campbell Collegiate Institute (Toronto, Canada): I spent 4 uneventful years at a fairly large high school with many students of Chinese origin. Fortunately, I made a lot of friends there, and the friendships are still going on strong :) (at least I consider it so?!) That doesn't seem to be true anymore as all of us have gone on our seperate ways. I am quite glad to attend their weddings, or see their kids, building up families.

University of Waterloo: My reason for going to U. of W. is simple: to get out of Toronto! And, my reason for choosing Computer Engineering is simple: I heard that it is one of the harder programs to get in! Also, there seems to be this program called co-op where one can actually work when they are not studying! Oh, and it pays too, to my pleasant surprise. *GASP* Class photos here!

Here are a list of companies that I have worked in:
William F. Cooke Enterprise
Toronto Hydro
Rogers Network Services
Northern Telecom
ZARPAC

Upon Graduation, I toured with 11 friends to Europe for about one month or so...those were certainly fun times...

The &
ice-cream tasting team includes:
(The names should be yelled out in gusto with Australian Accent :) )
Johnny!!! Ken!!! Michael (Li)!!! Michael (Cheung)!!!

Out of the 12 people, 5 got masters and 1 got a PhD.

End of Age 23

For the next seven years, I lost around 80 lbs. from the guy on the left to the guy on the right. I wasn't looking for happiness. I was trying to accept my weaknesses, other people's weaknesses and how ephemeral things and people in life are.

Worked in some companies, including:

Made some friends along the way and travelled to various places.

Got to make more friends and study more at:

I have low standards and is very easily content. I wish to be blessing of other people. As for myself, I want to own a dog when I finish my study.
