I've been asked this question repeatedly over the course of designing this page. My answer is usually simple: why not? Though truth be told, my motivations are generally more complex.

     I decided to design this page for a number of reasons. I wanted a way of expressing myself, and expositioning myself through a medium other than myspace.com, which I sometimes find to limited in scope. I wanted to use it as a learning experience, because it has been a long time since I did any amount of web-design, and there is simply no better way to learn than by diving in and creating a page of your own. It gave me an excellent chance to relearn some basic coding, and to get more familiar with style-sheets. But most importantly, I designed this page primarily out of boredom.

     Still, I hope you all enjoyed. Perhaps over time, I'll do more with it, and perhaps not. You can never tell.
