I have found these sites quite nice and yes I do check on
them periodically to make sure they are still alive! Hopefully
there are also some more obscure ones that the average
classical-lovin net-surfin person has not encountered yet.

OperaWeb - A very organized page for everything on opera!
Includes some opera karaoke...Unfortunately
doesn't seem to have been updated recently
OperaGlass - A totally kickass opera page! Has tons of libretti
and synopses, etc. although most are in the original language.
Honoria in Ciberspazio - Hm can you guess what this opera is about?
An interesting contemporary work; the first "cyberopera".
Choral:
Allegri's Miserere - Interesting discourse on Gregorio Allegri's
most famous choral composition, quite thorough.
Carmina Burana - Good intro to Carl Orff's Carmina Burana;
includes an organized page of lyrics with English translations.
Requiem Web - Intro to Requiems with lyrics and translations;
Created by the same person as the Carmina Burana site.
Ultimate Stabat Mater Site - Title is a pretty good description =)

Karadar Classical Music - Thorough general reference with
many composer bios, opera libretti, mp3s, etc.
Comes in other languages.
Ecclesiastical Latin Pronunciation - from American Guild of
Organists actually. Seems to be the most comprehensive
I could find that was also meant for musical purposes. I'm
not sure if everyone would agree with these pronunciations
or how widely they are used throughout the many kinds
of latin-texted pieces.
