230-make copies of the Modification, other than as authorized above plus a
230-single copy for archival purposes and, if applicable, Customer may, for
230-its internal use only, print the number of copies of on-line
230-documentation for which it has been authorized, in which event all
230-proprietary rights notices on the Modification shall be reproduced and
230-applied.

230-Unless enforcement of this provision is prohibited by
230-applicable law, Customer shall not modify, decompile, disassemble,
230-decrypt, extract, or otherwise reverse engineer the Modification. The
230-Modification is not designed or licensed for use in on-line control

230-3. Confidentiality. The Modification is confidential and
230-proprietary information of Sun and/or its licensors. Customer agrees to

230-4. Disclaimer of Warranty. THE MODIFICATION IS PROVIDED
230-"AS IS", WITHOUT A WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. EXCEPT AS SPECIFIED IN THIS
230-LICENSE, ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS AND
230-WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS

230-7. Export Regulations. The Modification, including technical data, is
230-subject to U.S. export control laws, including the U.S. Export
230-Administration Act and its associated regulations, and may be subject
230-to export or import regulations in other countries. Customer agrees to
230-comply strictly with all such regulations and acknowledges that it has
230-the responsibility to obtain licenses to export, re-export, or import
230-the Modification.

230-8. U.S. Government Restricted Rights. If Customer is acquiring the
230-Modification including accompanying documentation on behalf of the U.S.
230-Government, the following provisions apply. If the Modification is
230-supplied to the Department of Defense ("DOD"), the Modification is
230-subject to "Restricted Rights", as that term is defined in the DOD
230-Supplement to the Federal Acquisition Regulations ("DFAR") in paragraph
230-252.227-7013(c) (1). If the Modification is supplied to any unit or
230-agency of the United States Government other than DOD, the Government's
230-rights in the Modification will be as defined in paragraph 52.227-19(c)
230-(2) of the Federal Acquisition Regulations ("FAR"). Use, duplication,

230-11. Integration. This Agreement is the entire agreement between
230-Customer and Sun relating to this Modification and: (i) supersedes all
230-prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications, proposals and
230-representations with respect to its subject matter; and (ii) prevails
230-over any conflicting or additional terms of any quote, order,
230-acknowledgment, or similar communication between the parties during the
230-term of this Agreement. No modification to the Agreement will be
230-binding, unless in writing and signed by a duly authorized
230-representative of each party.
