Perhaps love is like the ocean
Full of conflict, full of pain
Like a fire when it's cold outside
Or thunder when it rains
If I should live forever
And all my dreams come true
My memories of love will be of you
song & lyric by John Denver (deceased)

Chinese Proses............ Quote of the Month............About Me

I love classical music but not yet qualified as a fanatic :-o

I created this homepage in 1999 and it took me almost half a year to complete. Maintaining a homepage is time consuming but I think it worths doing that. This page is dedicated to my favourite composers like Beethoven, Mozart, Bach, Schubert........ (it is not the right order but their position in my heart does not change these years). They were brilliant geniuses who dedicated their lives and careers to music. Because of their efforts, contribution and enthusiasm for music, this world becomes more lively, colourful and meaningful.

I believe an interest in classical music is part and parcel of a love for culture, and depends upon one's parental and social heritage. A love of great music also implies a deep interest in all things that are beautiful. In addition, I believe the power of music is a magical, mystical and utlimately very mysterious phenomenon. It is not just entertainment, it is medicine and also vitamins for minds. It goes beyond words, thoughts, feeling and even beyond our individual selves.

How do I get to know the language of music? It's an ever-recurring miracle: I don't really know how it is done. I cannot even express clearly of how I feel since it is always something too profound to describe. I am not good at music theory nor sight-reading but one thing is certain: it affects my emotion - I learn to listen and think from the tiniest detail to most deeply felt moment.

I love to share this with as many people as possible who have the interest to learn to appreciate it.

Wanna to write to me?
