PLAYER MOVES Changes to the band in recent weeks have seen our first Horn player Jane Baillie leave to take up the position of 2nd Horn with the Scottish Co-op Band. We are sad to see her go as Jane has been a loyal member of the band for 13 years but we wish her well with her new band. Tom Ferguson moves from 2nd to 1st Horn to replace Jane and we are delighted to welcome Alex McCutcheon back to the band on 2nd Horn. We are also pleased to welcome Brian Keast back to the band on Bb Bass.
Another addition to the band is Ron Paton on Bass Trombone. Ron has helped the band out on a number of occasions and we are delighted that he has decided to join the band on a permanent basis. He joins us from Irvine and Dreghorn band. |
