Congratulations to our colleague, Steven Balderston, for a stunning job on the opening cello solo of the Ginastera "Variaciones Concertantes" that was videotaped at last night's CSO concert. To be broadcast later this year on PBS, the show will be the first locally-produced HIGH DEFINITION telecast of the CSO in concert.
