Variations on "Once I Saw a Kittycat"
My oldest brother Mike, on turning 50, suggested that the nine of us throw a party for our mother to celebrate 50 years of
motherhood. It was decided that we would each make a child-like present such as a finger-painting, poem, etc. I decided to
resurrect my very first composition, written when I was six, and create the following set of variations.
