Chorus
Angelorum

Founded in 1985, Chorus Angelorum is dedicated to presenting free performances of the world's great sacred choral works.

Chorus Angelorum is committed to the belief that studying, performing, and experiencing the works of the great masters dynamically affects the quality of life in a community. Toward this pursuit, Chorus Angelorum strives to present choral masterworks in the acoustical and architectural settings for which they were intended. We also provide a means for cultural growth for all of Northwest Indiana and suburban Illinois by making the concerts accessible to everyone by performing free of charge.

Chorus Angelorum?s Founder and Artistic Director, Mark Kruczek, holds a Masters Degree from the Juilliard School of Music. Maestro Kruczek is a prominent New York City concert organist, known especially for his recordings with Voices of Ascension.

The chorus is comprised of a mixture of professional and serious amateur singers, drawn from Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana. The soloists and musicians are among the finest professionals in the Chicago area, with credits that include the Northwest Indiana Symphony, the Lyric Opera of Chicago, Music of the Baroque, and the Chicago Symphony Orchestra.
