Ntxawg's Poems

And when my eyes at last shall see thee
Will my faltering tongue fail me then
Will it cease to tell thee the words in my mind
Or the feelings I have felt for so long now
And when thou hands at last are in mine
Will this stubborn pride of mine cause me to lose thee
Will it deny me the courage to hold thee in my arms
And shall I then never taste the sweetness of thy lips
And after all that tis said and done, shall the truth......
Shall the truth drive thee away from me.........

And now at last my eyes beholds thee
And my faltering tongue will not fail me this night
Before the moon shall set, the words in my mind shall
be yours to keep...
And the feelings this soul has feel shall be shown to thee
And now thou hands are finally in mine..
And this stubborn pride will deny me not, the courage
to hold thee so close to my heart
And now night has fallen and the sun is yet already rising
So tell me my lady.....
Shall I then never taste the sweetness of thy lips........
