Realpolitik & Outlook VII

Concerning Who's Right On The Constitution, the UN, the Supreme Court and Other Balderdash.

It has become fashionable among political conservatives in the United States to talk a lot about the supremacy of the Constitution of the United States. Meanwhile we have had over a period going back to a time before World War I, all kinds of abridgements, slights and outright infringements of the Constitution. At the present time this most hallowed of our national documents is in the process of dying. Before we begin to wonder what the death of Constitutional liberty so defined may mean, we need to establish a few facts concerning the Constitution.

The United States Constitution came into effect in the fall of 1787. As a document, it establishes the form and functions of the United States government. It can and has been amended. For instance the original document specified that U.S. Senators would be selected by the state legislatures of each state. This was intended to give each of the states more power over the central government as a check on its power as well as give small states a check against the power of more populous states. But the Constitution was amended so that one is elected a U.S. Senator by popular vote from each state, making the position of Senator nothing more than an "at large" congressman with a term three times as long.

Voting itself has changed over time. Originally the vote or "suffrage" was limited to men 21 years of age or older who owned property; that is they paid property taxes to support the state government. It goes without saying that Negro slaves couldn't vote since they neither owned property nor paid any taxes. Women couldn't vote either. Originally, the state governments collected the taxes, then sent a percentage of their tax revenues to support the national government. Over time this limited suffrage was enlarged and with it the national government's power to tax was also enlarged. At the present time, a condition exists that wouldn't have made any sense to the framers of the Constitution; people who do not own any property or pay any taxes have the right to vote for representatives who will have the legal right to tax others.

There are those who see these trends as "progressive." We have called these people the Red League. Their ultimate goal is to reduce the average citizen to subservience to a central government managed by themselves. In their brave new world, there is no legal private property, they own all the guns, decide who is an "enemy of the state" and decide all social and political matters. Their decisions may be arbitrary, but it doesn't matter as long as the former owners of private property are expropriated and everyone is treated "fairly". Of course what they may mean by "fair" may have no relevance to what you mean by "fair," but it doesn't matter. They are smarter, know better, have the support of the broadcast media, the labor unions, the LAWYERS and ironically, The Barge. In this instance in particular every Red League politician is "handled" by string pullers from the Barge. Without their support, there is no effective means to secure enough support to rule comfortably.

Red Leaguers view the Constitution as essentially a plastic document that can be changed or modified based on "interpretation." In truth they have no respect for this or any other traditional form that bars their way to ultimate political supremacy. Ultimately these people are either, and usually, unwitting dupes of more unscrupulous people, "social idealists", or the unscrupulous people themselves, "political psychopaths." Many of these are also closely associated with Denizens of The Barge. There is and has always been a very close association between these two types of people. To them, the ends justify the means. Their goal is to establish a world communism everywhere, no matter how often it has failed. They never give up trying. Theirs is the symbolism of The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, a sequence of types and events that has been repeated many times throughout history. Their excuses for why it has always failed are that it has been opposed by "reactionary forces"; anyone whose private interests has conflicted with theirs.

By contrast, the Blue League, the so called "conservatives" have tended to be "idealists of nostalgia" for a "good old days" that never really existed. To them, the Constitution is HOLY. But the Constitution is not holy. The Constitution was devised by a select group of propertied men behind closed doors in a building in Philadelphia situated in the middle of a park so that none could overhear their deliberations. The United States was created by these men as a means to pull together a rag tag set of colonies and govern them in such a manner as to protect their hard won liberty from potentially hostile acts of other nations, especially Great Britain, the superpower of the eighteenth century, from whom the United States had recently separated.

From 1787 to the close of the Civil War, almost a hundred years later, most citizens considered themselves as New Yorkers, Georgians, North Carolinians, etc. first and Americans second. The Civil War changed all this. It welded the nation together such that forever after citizens would consider themselves Americans first and residents of individual states second. The true winner of the Civil War was the national government, whose power was only to grow in proportion to the powers of the states.

Some conservatives speak as though they would welcome a return to state affiliation first when such is practically meaningless for the vast majority of people. Few of them seem aware of the role their own party played in the rise of the national government. Fewer still are aware of the role their party played in the establishment of other social changes such as Roe vs. Wade through appointments to the Supreme Court. The vote was close; 5 to 4. Those who supported it were more often than not appointed by Blue League presidents. In fact the Blue League was not always the "pro life" party and does not have a good record in regard to supporting efforts to ban abortion. Besides this The Barge will fight any attempts to ban abortion. It's part of their depopulation agenda.

Since the end of World War II, the United Nations has emerged as a super-national power that has no Constitutional basis for support and yet is de-facto accepted as the potential World Government. Again, it was put together by a select group of men in San Francisco, operating behind closed doors, in the War Memorial Opera House. Today little by little the forces of the UN are spreading everywhere and people are being encouraged to feel a kind of patriotism toward it as an institution of peace.

Is it any wonder that most informed Americans are disillusioned? The first thing to recognize is that the United States has been "rigged" from before its inception to support the goals of certain castes of people who have maintained their power and their obscurity, passing this power down from generation to generation for over 250 years! As an old associate of mine said many years ago,

The more concealed it is, the better it works

His name is Michael Penkava and he is now a professor of mathematics in a university in Wisconsin. We'll call this Penkava's Rule. The entire history of the United States including, how our government is organized, how our money system works, how electricity is generated and transmitted, what medical practices are sanctioned, what curricula is taught, what world view is considered rational, and a myriad of other matters, are all the result of applications of Penkava's Rule.

If you think this is "conspiratorial thinking," as if there is really any form of non-conspiratorial thinking that makes as much sense, it is really nothing more than acknowledging that politics is the art of motivating groups of people to attain certain ends, and that everything is to some extent political. Thus there is an inference to Penkava's Rule and it is this,

The most successful conspiracies are the ones that have already happened.

That is, the way the present world appears to function is the result of concerted efforts of powerful and usually hidden men. We'll call this Burton's Corolary to Penkava's Rule. It follows that Burton's Corolary predicts the future world will be the result of the concerted efforts of powerful and usually hidden men who are living and acting at the present moment.

Once armed with these new methods of conceptualizing reality, it is a prudent posture to doubt everything; ultimate skepticism, to automatically assume that everyone is acting to bring about certain agendas, whether hidden or transparent. Trust, that most important of all human emotions, is thus based on a mutual confluence of personal interests rather than blindly assumed. If it matters to you, this is entirely in agreement with ancient Biblical wisdom.

Do not put your trust in princes, nor in a son of man, in whom there is no help. Psalm 146:3 KJV

We hence find ourselves at the present moment living under the following assumptions:

The U.S. Constitution is not a "sacred instrument" any more than the Magna Carta was, but rather was devised by a select group of powerful men to serve a certain purpose. The desire to secure a public adoration of this document was also part of the plan and like all shows of patriotism, flag waving, etc. should not be thoughtlessly accepted as heartfelt love of country, but as mass emotional manipulation. However, don't be fooled into believing that patriotism or "love of country" is not a natural and honorable thing in itself.

The two Leagues (Red and Blue) are each being manipulated to bring about the same inevitable outcome; retain power in the hands of the hidden international few; The Barge. Their goals? Ultimately world population will be reduced. People who are "useless eaters"; usually those whose skins are not white, or who otherwise have another culture than Anglo-American will be "phased out". They'll use drugs, violence and especially disease to "let nature take its course" over the next fifty to one hundred years. Meanwhile, personal freedom will be sensibly and imperceptibly reduced. Those on The Barge will seek to extend their lifespans and eventually assume the roles of the ancient gods. It may take many centuries to do this. Those who become the servants of the gods, may be fitted with implants that will both extend their lifespans and increase their mental abilities. The vast majority will be "dumbed down" to be made more subservient. Their goal will be to make humanity into something that it isn't at present though might have once been in ancient antiquity. Imperceptibly words will change their meanings, as once gay, discriminate, nice, etc. have all changed their meanings. There will not be any revolutions except technical ones. Everything will change more slowly.

Those of us who hold on to our cherished belief systems, including belief in a personal God, are in danger of becoming "phased out." Recently, my daughter was given a book to read; The Giver by Lois Lowry. In that book they called it "being released." They took you off someplace and killed you softly. "Killing me softly with your sad song." This is already happening. The killers, just as in Lowry's book, wont even know what they are doing. "Father forgive them, for they know not what they do." It wont seem wrong to them. This is what The Barge wants. Think about what they want when you go to the polls and cast your vote for a Red or Blue League candidate in November. Do not sit this one out.

Be seeing you...
