USE AND CARE OF PARTY ROOM AT RESIDENTS CLUB

Walter L. Elden, P.E. (Ret) - Music Director

I, as Music Director of VEGCDA Communities Classical Video and Music Concerts, have reserved the Party Room at the Residents Club for our use. In doing so, I have assumed personal responsibility for any damage done to the room or contents. As part of this agreement, I pass this on herein giving NOTICE to those who plan to participate in the concerts::

TABLES ARE NOT PERMITTED TO BE PLACED ON THE WOOD FLOOR

WHEN GETTING THE TABLES OUT OF THE CLOSET FOR USE AND RETURNING THEM TO THE CLOSET AFTER USE, USERS ARE REQUIRED TO ROL THE TABLES OUT ON THE CARPET STRIPS PROVIDED IN THE CLOSET.

SETTING UP AND REPLACING CHAIRS

I will set up the video and audio equipment for use during the evening. Members of the listening audience will be responsible for setting up and returning their individual chairs, from/to the closet. DO NOT DRAG THEM ON THE WOOD FLOOR. ANY DAMAGE RESULTING TO THE WOOD FLOOR WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ONE WHO INFLICTED IT.

For added comfort, it is suggested to bring a pad to sit on, as the chairs are metal and can get hard on the body. If someone else needs assistance getting and/or returning a chair, those able, please assist them.

I do not recommend using any of the tables stored in the closet.

REFRESHMENTS

If some wish to volunteer, there could be refreshments provided. I will not be able to assist in this activity. Therefore, set up and clean up will be the responsibility of the Refreshment Volunteers. Coffee, soft drinks, cookies, etc are suggestions, however, which I would very much enjoy. Donations would be accepted by the Refreshment Volunteers to defray costs. There will be in INTERMISSION during each concert.
