Name: Quagga

Description: It looks like a female horse with stripes. The height at the shoulder is from 4 to 5 feet. The weight can reach up to 770 lbs.

Reason for being extinct: They was hunt to extinction for their meat and hide. The last Quagga died in 1883 Amsterdam Zoo.
