Custom Clear Corners

There really arent many manufacturers of Clear corners for the USDM 92-94 Acura Vigors. So that leaves us with two options, one is to spend a large amount of money and have someone make it. The other one is to make them yourself. This method has proved sucsessful for many Vigor owners including me. The process is quite simple yet a laborous task if not done correctly. Tools are the main ingredient in this modification.

1. Take the Corner light out using a phillips head screw driver. The light may require some tugging before it comes out.

2. Remove the two bulb housings.

3. Take off the rubber sealant around the corner light.

4. (my method) Using a Dremel rotary tool and a cut off bit, cut around the light to seperate the lens and the plastic housing.

5. Take the orange peice out.

6. Seal the Lens and housing back with a Silicone Adhesive.

Thats the way that i did it. and it looks really good.
