Tears of a Fool

You're always on my mind,
although we've been apart.
Reminded of you every day
by this longing in my heart.
I wonder if you feel it too,
this empty, hollow pain.
Like a Puppy, lost and cold,
left standing in the rain.

Do you fall alseep at night
while tears fall from your eyes.
And wake up wondering where
I am as the sun begins to rise.
And every time the telephone rings -
Do you wait to see....
Hoping that I'm calling to ask
Please come back to me?

If you do, then maybe we should
stop this foolish game.
Try to work these feelings through,
put an end to all this pain.
If you love me, If you miss me
Then its foolish not to try
For very few, have what we do
A Love we can't Deny!!
