I wrote this next rhyme to a neighbor I'd known since she was a child. She had just given birth to her first child and I wanted to give her something special, something she would have long after the child was grown.  I was telling a Co-worker about this rhyme and as she read it my Boss happened by, he also read it and asked for a copy to give his Daughter who was about to have her first Baby any day now.  Since then I can't count the times I've been asked for a copy of this particular Rhyme.  I must have touched on a very strong emotion with this one, after all there is something very special about a Mothers Love!  Enjoy

A Mother's Love
Dedicated to all Mothers

You've heard it said so many times, You wonder if it's true?
A child is a gift from God, a mircle born to you.

And now you know, you have a son.
A mother you've become
You gave them life, you'll give them Love.
Your work has just begun......

Some days you'll cry,
Some nights you'll walk
Seems like you never sleep.
A harder job theres never been
Yes Mama, we are Unique!

We're dedicated heart and soul
We're bound by invisible glue.
That child is yours, he'll call you mom.
When in trouble he'll look to you.

Teach them honor, Teach them truth,
So they know whats right from wrong.
Always do what you say you will
Sometimes, it's hard, Be strong!!

You are the example, it's up to you
They learn from what you do.
Make them proud that your their mom.
And they will do the same for you!

Because of them, you now know
as your Mother and all Mothers do!
There is no other like a Mothers Love,
Forever, Undying, and True!
