Aloha! My name is Da'
Bulldog. This page is for the Iron Dogs of the 2001 NFL
Draft. The Thick Necks, Weight Room Warriors, Da' Brick Houses- you
get the point. Even though these guys can move the iron around, that
dont mean they are going to kick butt in the NFL or even make the NFL.
For example, I have squatted over 700Lbs in drug tested competition
and lockout squatted over 1000Lbs while benching over 400Lbs and deadlifting
about 600Lbs, but you don't see me playing in the NFL. Power is great,
but you need the total package- power, speed, skill, guts, and most
of all you need the desire to be the best. Anyway, I thought you would
be interested in the 2001 draft hopefuls that made my Iron Dogs team.
So, in no particular order they are below.
Moran Norris(6'1" 250) FB Kansas- Built like a bull; linebackers
feel like they are in Italy running with the bulls when he comes at
them. Did 37 reps of 225Lbs at the combine. Has a 540LB bench and 347Lb
power-clean.
Terry Witherspoon(5'11 1/2" 267) FB Clemson- 445Lb bench.
Call him Brunswick because its like you are watching bowling when he
knocks over linebackers like pins.

strength for a lightweight. Benches 340Lbs+.
