Xena: Warrior Princess
When Xena was younger, the warlord Cortese attacked her hometown of Amphipolis. To defend her village, Xena took up the sword and waged war against the army; however, Cortese was triumphant and Xena was shunned by her natives. Thus, Xena went off on her own, conquering surrounding villages in the name of Amiphipolis,. She met with Julius Caesar and formed, what was believed to be an allaiance, until he betrayed her. Since, Xena had vowed to bring death and destruction to the world. She ended up in the land of Chin, along with her partner, Borias. There she was taken in by the head of the house of Lao, Laoma. She eventually left Chin with Borias to Turangi, where she met the Amazon Queen, Cyane, as well as, the evil shamaness, Alti. She destroyed Cyane under the belief that she would become the "Destroyer of Nations," as told by Alti. there Xena discovered she was with child, and her and Borias went back to Greece, where She planned an attack on Corinth and the Centaurs. Borias, however wanted no part in the war, just in raising his son, which Xena carried. Borias was killed, and the child was born. Xena, after realizing that Borias was right, gave the child to the centaurs with intentions of abandonment. Eventually, Xena faced off with Hercules, who unchained her heart and reformed her. From then on, Xena has journeyed the earth, with the companionship of Gabrielle, with the purpose of redeeming herself through good deeds. When, her and Gabrielle traveled to India, Xena encountered the god, Krishna, who settled her doubts about her path, her "way." When following her "way" to Rome, in order to assissinate Caesar, Xena was paralyzed by a chakram blow delivered by Callisto and crucified to die. However, it is not the Warrior Princess's time just yet.
