Price of life
Why should you be a vegetarian anyway?

How many of you, waiting to enjoy your non-vegetarian lunch or dinner, have seen an animal being slaughtered?

Most people would give several reasons as to why they should meat.A man of science would state Darwin's theoryand that in this struggle for existence, only the fittest survives. There's no denying that Darwin's theory hold's good, but to what extent should it be used by man to justify his actions?Analysing that the energy that we obtain from meat is far less than that obtained from vegetarian food,it is not necessary to be a non-vegetarian.

A god-fearing man may say that nature and animals were created for him.The man,who feels that he is on top of the world having conquered nature, has'nt realised that in the long run,his greed and ever degrading human values have made him an educated nomad.

As the superior race, man has to act responsibly towards nature and animals.Man should realise the Price of Life.

Will he again justify himself saying,"As you sow,so you reap" or just cry for help? Will nature save him from destruction?
