[There are several times that you can meet Hix and Tengaar at the inn in Lakewest. I recommend doing it while on the way to the Greenhill Academy, because there's extra dialogue if you meet them while Flik is in your party.]

Tengaar:
"Come on, are you a man or not? If you want to become a real warrior quickly, this is the only way!"

Hix:
"But Tengaar, you're talking about intentionally putting ourselves in danger..."

Tengaar:
"Oh, we'll be fine! You're a warrior from Warrior's Village. You mustn't show fear."

Hix:
"It's not that. I'm worried for you..."

Tengaar:
"But you'll protect me, of course! Won't you?"

[Hix sweatdrops.]

Hix:
"Well... Yes, but..."

[Riou and company approaches them, and Flik steps out from the group.]

Tengaar:
"Eh? Is that really you, Mr. Flik!? You're ALIVE? What happened?"

Flik:
"That Viktor... We were almost killed cause of him."

Hix:
"Mr Flik, you're alive! I'm so glad!"

Flik:
"Hey, don't get all mushy on me! More importantly, Hix, are you on your ritual journey of manhood?"

Hix:
"Y... yes."

Flik:
"Oh yeah? Good luck!"

Hix:
"Mr. Flik, when will you be coming home to the village?"

Flik:
"Huh? M...me? I... Uh..."

Tengaar:
"Shh, Hix, don't tease him! Mr. Flik still hasn't finished his own journey to manhood!"

[Flik steams.]

Flik:

Tengaar:
