Bebi-Vegeta says he thought he made everyone a Tsfuru-jin, but it seems some got away. Mr. Satan yells Buu is on their side, and that Bebi didn't notice Buu's abilities. He continues saying when Bebi was implanting eggs in everyone, he escaped by hiding in Buu's stomach. Goku congratulates him for being so smart.
Mr. Satan says he's not afraid of Bebi anymore, and tells Bebi that his opponent will be the strongest one on Earth, besides him, and that's Son Goku. Bebi says he didn't know the "fat one" had such ability, so he decides he'll have to make him disappear, and fires a blast straight down.
The resulting explosion sends Mr. Satan running for his life. Buu flies by and picks him up (still holding Pan), and flies off. Goku tells him to take care of Pan, and Buu complies. Mr. Satan apologizes as he now has to leave it all to Goku. Then tells Bebi that he's saved because they had to withdraw. Buu turns Mr. Satan and Pan into chocolate. Chocolate Mr. Satan says he's not finished with the good part yet (only other to even talk while changed by Buu was Vegetto), but just Buu eats them both and leaves quickly.
Gohan wants to stop them, but Bebi says to let the "small flies" go. They'll get the Saiya-jin in front of them first. He then asks Goku if he can hurt his own sons. Goku responds by saying it doesn't matter, and launches at Bebi. Bebi manages to grab his arm, and Goku tells him that all he has to do is beat him and get the eggs out of them. Bebi tells him that he can't get out what's already implanted.
Goku then says he'll just have to drive Bebi out of Vegeta then, and Goku fires a blast. It misses (catches the after-image), and Bebi reappears behind Goku and elbows his head. Goku attacks again, but Bebi dodges every blow. Until Bebi grabs his fists and knees him in the gut. Then strikes him back a distance.
Bebi then fires a Final Flash at Goku, which he dodges... The explosion creates another lake, and Goku is impressed with the formidable foe. Then, Bebi notices something in the distance, Goku looks too, and see Trunks and Bra heading towards them.
Goku tries to tell Trunks about Bebi, and how he got ahead of them in coming back to Earth. How he now controls everyone... Trunks says it is quite serious, and when Goku looks, both Trunks and Bra had red glowing eyes... Trunks says he's not the same person anymore. He's ashamed of being a Saiya-jin and became a follower of the glorious Tsfuru-jin, Bebi.
Bebi says "You looked shocked, Goku"... He tells him that when he possessed Trunks on Kitai, he only pretended to be driven out, but in fact, he implanted an egg. Bra tells Goku that everyone is a loyal servant of Bebi.
Goku asks Bebi what is he going to do. It seems he's trying to be a god or something. Bebi says yes, he'll make the whole universe Tsfuru-jin, and he'll be the one on top. Goku says it's gotten so wierd, since everyone is now is enemy. Gohan tells him that he's right, and that he'll die right here. Goten tells him that at least he'll die by their hands. The 4 half-Saiya-jins surround Goku...
Bebi then tells them to not interfere. He made everyone a "glorious Tsfuru-jin", except Goku, so that the "damn Saiya-jin" can die by his hands. Goku prefers it that way... He'd rather die than become his slave.
Bebi powers up, blowing everyone else away. Goku senses his amazing power, and thinks he has to go Super Saiya-jin 3 to match it. He gets into position and powers up. His kids recognize what he's about to do.
Goku powers up all the way to SSJ3... Bebi is not impressed and asks if he should wait a little more. Goku launches to punch, the contact causes an energy burst to blind the others with light momentarily. After it subsides, we see Goku's punch pushing Bebi along the ground then back into the air throwing rubble around.
Bebi recovers without a scratch on him. Goku thinks he's fighting evenly with a SSJ3... He had no idea Bebi would gain so much power by fusing with Vegeta... Goku launches to attack again, but Bebi blocks, and punches back. Goku comments on how it's been so long since he's had such an exciting battle...
Goku attacks again, this time completely missing Bebi. Bebi asks if that's all the strongest Saiya-jin had to offer... Goku reverts back to normal, it seems that his small body can't maintain the powers of a SSJ3 for too long. Bebi says it's his turn now and blasts Goku into the ground.
Bebi laughs looking at the new crator he created... Then Goku floats up again saying he hasn't given up yet. He continues saying that the battle is not over until one of them gives up. Bebi laughs, and gives Goku credit for the time being. Then punches him in the gut. He tells him that he won't kill him quickly... He'll torture him until he's happy...
Bebi then smashes Goku into a mountain, and goes up to him ordering him to stand up, and to not fall asleep. Goku gets up, saying he hasn't lost yet, and begins to chuckle. Bebi says "That's the spirit" and punches him in the face, and Goku uses this opportunity to bite him in the arm. Bebi shakes him off, which throws him into a wall of rock.
Goku continues to chuckle... Then Bebi starts firing transparent ki, or pushing the air at high velocities, either way it strikes Goku, pushing him through the rock until he reaches the other side.
Bebi thinks he's finished, but the half-buried Goku starts talking again. He tells him that he's really strong, and that he hasn't met anyone as strong as him in a long time. Bebi admits that Goku's heart indeed qualifies him as the strongest Saiya-jin. He continues saying that this isn't his true powers, so before Goku dies, he decides to show him the difference between a primitive Saiya-jin, and an evolved Tsfuru-jin.
Bebi flies inbetween the 4 half-Saiya-jins, and orders them to send him their Saiya-jin powers. The 4 hold hands and form a ring around Bebi; they circle him while powering up, and their eyes turn red. The skies turn red as they are enveloped by a green energy ring. Lightning strikes periodically, and Bebi starts growing some shoulder pads on Vegeta's body.
Bebi powers up releasing his energy blowing the 4 back. They tell him that they've given him all their power. Bebi laughs evily as he has now obtained the strongest Saiya-jin powers. Goku confirms it... He has never felt such a strong ki. He says it really must be a souvenir to the other world.
Bebi asks why he's smiling, and Goku tells Bebi that he's strong, but he won't lose. Bebi tells him to stop joking and launches a punch into his gut, which makes Goku scream in pain.
Bebi then puts up his hands and says "Earthlings that fill the Earth, Earthlings that became Tsfuru-jins, send your anger to me. Now give me your anger." The humans' eyes starts glowing red and energy leaves their bodies and fly to Bebi (I guess the evil equivalent of Genki Dama or Spirit Bomb). Bebi absorbs the energy, "perfecting" his form (now in a black outfit), and gathers the rest of it into a big black ball above him (no time weakness lol).
Goku stands up, and Bebi tells him this shall be the final blow... Bebi tells him that he'll send him back into space in tiny pieces so there's no way he could come back to life. Then as he throws it... "Recieve all the anger of Tsfuru... Revenge Death Ball!!!"
The RDB head towards Goku... Goku can't move... The RDB hits the ground, digging into it... Then explodes with tremendous force... Buu, now at a snowy mountain, looks back to see it... The smoke clears... A large crater in now in its place...
Gohan says that was was definitely Bebi's strongest attack... There's no doubt his father was... Bebi rejoices, he's finally destroyed all the Saiya-jins. His revenge is complete. (more evil laughter)
Back at Buu, inside Buu, Mr. Satan said he felt an enormous ki and asks Buu what happened (he learned how to sense ki?). Buu tells him that there was a huge explosion of ki, then Goku's ki disappeared. Buu tells him that he thinks Goku died. Mr. Satan and Pan are shocked by this news.
Bebi says that it's time to accomplish his ambition. He shall restore the Tsfuru-jin planet, and become the leader of the universe.
