Bebi tells Goku to stop wasting time and wants to start the match... Goku asks him what's he's talking about... He's been standing there waiting for him all this time... So, Bebi goes and attacks first, and punches Goku through the rubble of the city and stops smack into a wall...

Bebi is surprised at this and begins to think... Bebi then fires a mouth blast at Goku, which hits blowing him further back, which prompts Bebi to fire a few more times... After the smoke clears, Goku lies on the ground breathing heavily... Bebi walks up to him and laughs, realizing Goku's been pretending all along... He has no energy left...

Bebi then tells him it doesn't matter because the result is the same... Goku will die by Bebi's own hands... Bebi goes to smash Goku with his fist, but Goku rolls out of the way... Bebi tries again and succeeds in smashing Goku, which makes Goku spit out some blood. Bebi starts repeatedly bashing him now...

Pan and Mr. Satan watch from a distance... Pan is upset and wants to help her grandpa, but Mr. Satan holds her back saying it would be useless... Pan tells him that he can just abandon Goku, and pushes Mr. Satan away to fly towards Bebi.

Goku stands up, thinking he won't even be able to fire a Kamehameha at his energy level... He thinks this time, there's no hope for him... Bebi raises his fist for the final blow, but Pan interupts appearing in front of him...

Pan tells him that this is the first time she's seen such a despicable person... That Bebi may have his reasons for hating Saiya-jins... But that had nothing to do with her father and mother... Everyone else is innocent... She's angry that Bebi's turned them all into Tsufuru-jins.

Bebi laughs, and offers to take her life first... Pan gets upset, and prepares a blast in each of her hands... Goku wants her to stop, but Pan isn't listening... She tells Bebi that she'll never forgive him and fires blast after blast at Bebi... Bebi just whacks her away.

Bebi walks towards her... Pan is hurt... Mr. Satan watches in fear... Goku calls at Bebi... He tells him not to take another step towards Pan or he'll use all his energy to fire a 10X Kamehameha, and that he's not joking around... Bebi laughs saying he only has enough energy to stand, and continues towards Pan.

Goku claims to still have enough energy to kill him, and yells "10X Kamehamha!" as Bebi is about to step on Pan... A blast fires from behind Goku knocking Bebi down. Behind Goku, Trunks is there... He asks if Pan and Goku are ok...

Bebi gets up, and is surprised Trunks is back to normal... Trunks asks him why is he so surprised, and did he think he the great Trunks would remain his slave forever... Bebi calls him an idiot... If he remained a slave, then his remaining life would have been spent in comfort...

Trunks tells him he'd rather die than be his slave, and powers up to Super Saiya-jin... Goku tries to tell Trunks to stop, and that he's no match... Trunks attacks Bebi's face, but to no avail... Then powering up more he upper cuts Bebi, which does throw Bebi's head up.

Bebi responds saying he can feel Trunks' father crying... This surprised Trunks, and Bebi headbutts Trunks dropping him onto the ground... Bebi then steps on him, and Trunks loses the SSJ... Trunks now realizes Bebi is in his father's body... Bebi tells him who else could've given him such a great body. Bebi asks if his father's powers are impressive, and tells him he's no match, then kicks Trunks into the air...

Trunks is caught by Gohan, who just appeared with Goten and Kaioubit. They say that they've come to help Trunks... Kaioubit goes to Pan and takes her somewhere safer... The Saiya-jins gather by Goku, and Pan hugs her father... Goku then realizes it must have been Kaioubit that restored everyone...

Gohan tells Goku to leave the rest to them... Goten suggests fusion to Trunks... Goku tells them it won't work... Goku tells them even with the power of fusion, Bebi is still too strong... They won't be able to beat Bebi, they are no match...

Bebi asks how long will they talk for, tells them that it won't matter any way since he'll kill them all, and powers up destroying the area around him... Goten asks what they should do then, unless surrender is the only option... Goku tells him no, and tells him there is a way... If everyone give their Saiya-jins powers to him...

Goku tells him that if he has their power, he can be a fully powered Super Saiya-jin 4 again... If he's a fully powered SSJ4, he will beat Bebi... Pan agrees and wants everyone to do it... She tells them she's seen a SSJ4's power's before, and it's really powerful... Bebi interupts saying that it's not a bad plan... But, it is still only a plan, and Bebi mouth blasts them... Gohan manages to carry Goku away.

(Commercial Break)

The group is flying away from Bebi, while he chases them and tries to blast them... Kaioubit sees that they are in trouble... If they can't surround Goku, they won't be able to give their energies to him... Bebi jumps to attack Goku, and he decides to use an ace... "TAIYO-KEN!" (Solar Flare)

The burst of intense light surprises Bebi send him back, and he slips and falls into a canyon. Goku tells the others that this is their chance... They quickly surround Goku and power up to SSJ... Bebi gets up, climbs back up, and now in the air powering up in Vegeta's Galik Ho position. (before he just powered up the beam like a Kamehameha or something, but now there's the crackling energy, but not purple, a light blue)

Then, Bebi's insides start expanding, interupting his power up... The group stops to watch what's happening... Bebi is sweating hard, and his insides seem to want to explode... Looking inside... Ubuu is powering up pushing against Bebi's (Vegeta's) insides... Ubuu tells Goku to hurry up...

Goku senses Ubuu... Inside, Ubuu has an energy shield up pushing against Bebi's insides... Bebi collapses onto the ground, thinks it's impossible since Ubuu was turned into a chocolate... (flash back to episode 33's blast between Bebi and Ubuu) Ubuu asks Bebi if he thought he would be affected by his own powers... He purposed turned into chocolate to await an opportunity like this...

Bebi gets angry and powers up pushing back at Ubuu... Ubuu powers up more and pushes back out... Ubuu and Kaioubit both tell Goku to hurry up, so they start the power up again... Pan wants to help too, and runs to them... Mr. Satan doesn't approve, but Kaioubit tells him it'll be ok. Mr. Satan says that Pan can't really help since she's not "super", but Kaioubit tells him that Pan just wants to help any way she can...

Bebi continues to struggle against Ubuu... Goku is being powered up, now electrical sparks dance in his aura... Mr. Satan and Kaioubit watch from a distance... Bebi realizes if he lets this go longer, Goku would be a fully powered SSJ4 again, so he sends something down into his body... Ubuu continues to struggle pushing out, but begins to be crushed...

Bebi powers up more, Ubuu seems to have lost, and Bebi spits him out. Bebi is powering up a blast again... Goku and the others are surrounded by a golden swirling aura with tiny sparkles in it... They are almost finished... Bebi fires a "Super Galik Ho!" at the group causing a great explosing...

Kaioubit collapses to the ground thinking it's all over... Mr. Satan gets up and doesn't see Pan anymore... Bebi laughs at his success, he's wiped out all the Saiya-jins, and shall create the Tsufuru-jin universe where Bebi is supreme... After the dust clears, we see Goten and Trunks lying motionless...

Mr. Satan runs to the area (we now see Gohan down too), and fails to find Pan... He thinks she was vaporized... Mr. Satan then yells at Bebi to kill him too... Bebi has taken every one he loved from him, and calls for Bebi to end his life too... Goku tells him to calm down.

Bebi stops in his tracks and looks up to see the SSJ4 Goku holding an unconscience Pan... Bebi thinks it's impossible... Goku lands on the ground and hands Pan over to Mr. Satan... Goku glows a tint red... Pan wakes up and Mr. Satan is happy again... Goku tells him to take her away... Mr. Satan thanks him and begins to walk away with Pan.

Trunks, Gohan, and Goten wake to see what a fully powered SSJ4 is, and are amazed... Goku thanks them and tells them that he will beat Bebi this time... Goku flashes red for a moment as he cracks his knuckles... Goku tells Bebi that he'll beat him no matter what this time... This will be the final match...

Bebi agrees vowing to kill Goku this time... They both start powering up, and their energies start clashing at each other... The landscape is destroyed a bit, then they circle each other each with one palm pointed at one another... Goku fires, so does Bebi, and a great explosion happens... Goku stands on top of a rock now, looking very confident...
