Goku hangs motionless, upside-down, on the metal bar... He starts to glow, and reverts back to a kid. Ii Shinlon floats past him, telling Goku that his legend of being the strongest in the universe will end today... Ii grabs Goku, pulling out the metal bar with some concrete stuck to it as well. The piece of the building falls down and catches onto the sword of the pirate statue below. Ii sees that and smiles.

Ii tells Goku that he only barely hanging on to life, so he doesn't even have to finish him off himself. He says good-bye, and lets go of Goku... Goku falls straight down, right for the sword... At the last second, a blast takes out he sword, and the explosion throws Goku back up again... Goten catches Goku... After the smoke clears, Goten says that the move used to save his father was quite powerful... Ubuu.

When the smoke clears from the ground, Ubuu stands there, and apologizes because it happened so suddenly. Goku, still blind, senses Goten and Ubuu. Trunks then shows up, and tells them that it's a good thing they didn't fly off to save other people... Or else they wouldn't know where Ubuu would have blasted Goku to... Gohan (wearing glasses) steps up, saying that they did make it in time, then apologizes to Goku for being late. Goku senses Trunks and Gohan. Goten starts bringing Goku to the ground.

Pan runs up, happy to see her father, and everyone, but another voice stops her telling her to not get in the way. It's Mr. Satan, with Chi Chi and Videl. Chi Chi tells Goku that they are all hear to witness this great fight of Goku's. She goes on saying that his opponent is really powerful now, and since even Shenlon is an enemy, then there's no one left to pray to. So if Goku loses, it will be the end of the world. She tells Goku that he has a mission, and has to beat him (Ii Shinlon).

Goku tells them that he knows they came because of him, but apologizes... Ii Shinlon is too powerful, even for them. Gohan tells Goku to have faith, and that he knows their chances of winning is small, but they still have to try. Goku asks them what they have planned. Goten tells him that only he can beat Ii and save the world; he's the only one. Trunks offers Goku all their Saiya-jin strength, and tells him that's why they came.

Ii Shinlon starts laughing evily, and asks if they are stupid and tells them to stop dreaming... He tells them that Goku has already been humiliated and asks if they really think his powers can be used to save the world... Gohan tells him he's right, and tells him that his father the most powerful in this world. Then he corrects himself and says it should be in the universe, and he takes off his glasses, then tells Ii that he will definitely be more powerful than him.

The 3 Saiya-jins go Super around Goku, while Ubuu jumps up and floats powering up in between the group and Ii Shinlon. The power swirls around Goku, and Gohan tells him that he has to win agains Ii Shinlon... He has to save the world... Goku tells him he's not Shenlon, so he can't promise anything, but he will try his best. Goku tells them that they can't just give him some of their power, and he wants it all.

Ii Shinlon asks Goku if he thinks that he's going to let him restore his powers before killing him... He tells him he is too naive, and he hates that, and he disappears from sight. Ii Shinlon reappears above Goku inbetween the 3, and kicks them all away. Ii tells Goku that only a little bit more, and he would have been dead, but he was a little late. So he decides to let Goku live a little longer and grabs Gohan's head then punches him in the gut. Blood starts dripping from his mouth...

Ii turns and asks the others if they think his powers are a lot more powerful than their's... Ubuu, Goten, and Trunks attack, while Gohan yells at them to not come... Ii disappears, and Trunks and Goten catches him before he falls... Ii reappears above them, and says that he doesn't understand why they all came, and wants to finish them all at once... Ii holds one of his hands out and blasts the 4 of them... It sends great winds outwards, and Goku disappears...

After the smoke clears, a crator is left behind... Ii is happy he's finished them off, and tells Goku that he's next. Then, he notices that he's gone, and finds him and the others above and behind him powering Goku up. Gohan thanks Goku for saving them, and Goku tells him that it was lucky that they already given him some energy. Goku tells Ii that he was a little slow, and they've bought some time.

Ii realizes Goku teleported, and wonders how much energy he could have got in such little time... Goku tells him not to be impatient and to have a look... Goku powers up creating a ball of golden light around them... The 3 see this, and realizes success, for Goku has reached full power. Goku thanks them, but wants more power. Gohan tells him not to overdo it, his body may not be able to handle it... Goku tells him that it may be possible to take it, and that he has no other choice...

Goku tells them that the 10X Kamehameha had no affect on Ii Shinlon, so if there's no stronger power to help them, they have no hope. Goku hopes he can surpass himself. Gohan understands, that Goku's always been surpassing himself... Ii tells them to not waste time, and he won't allow them to continue with such useless things. Ii approaches them... Ubuu prepares to block him... Gohan, Goten, and Trunks power up even further... Goku painfully absorbs all the extra energy...

(Commercial Break)

Sparks crackle as Goku absorbs the energy... Gohan warns him that it's dangerous... Goku tells him it's not enough... Goten is worries as well, and Goku tells them not to worry, and they must release all their energy to him. Ii Shinlon tells them that their time is up, and tells them that he'll finish them all off at once. Ubuu tells him to shut up, and that his opponent is him. He tells him that even if he has to give up his own life, he won't let him get in the way of Goku, and fires a blast from his palm.

Ii Shinlon knocks it away, and tells Ubuu that he doesn't really care about him, and yells at him for being too naive... Ii punches, while Ubuu blocks with his arm, which hurt him greatly... Ii then grabs Ubuu's face and tells him to get out of the way, then throws him away... Ii tells Goku that it is time, but Ubuu grabs him from behind. Ubuu tells him that he'll help Goku even if it only buys them one second, and he starts powering up.

Ii Shinlon then powers up to force him off and fires a blast right at Ubuu's face... It hits sending him into the city below, with a smoking face... Ii calls him trash, and tell Goku that playtime is over... Then, a roar is heard in the light (where they are powering up)... The head of an Oozaru pops out and starts roaring... But then it is replaced with Chibi Goku, eyes glowing red... He starts transforming into a SSJ4 the "hard way" (instead of just a flash of light).

A sudden power up throws the others out of the light, but they recover in the air. Goten and Trunks sees this awesome power, and realize that Goku has surpassed the max powers of a SSJ4. After the light subsides, Goku, still looking like a SSJ4, and tells Ii that "Chou Super Saiya-jin 4" (Ultimate) has been reached. Ii notices nothing different, and Goku tells him that he'll discover it when they fight. Ii punches, but Goku blocks it easily, then Ii attacks a bunch of times, and Goku dodges.

Goku tells him that it is useless, even though he can't see, he can still feel his ki and can dodge his attacks at the last second... Ii attacks again, and Goku dodges, then Goku disappears. He reappears behind Ii, telling him it's useless, and grabs onto part of his head. Then he throws him sending him flying through some buildings... Ii Shinlon uncovers himself from the rubble, and sees a light in the sky... Goku is preparing a blast, and tells him that he won't let him go.

Goku fires the ball of energy, and Ii manages to jump out of the way... The explosion takes out part of the city and rushes at Ii flying away... Smoke covers the city, and Goku mentions that he can still sense him... Then, a clock bell starts ringing... Ii is by a clock tower (it's 11 o'clock, aluding to the 11th Hour?). Goku reaches him, and Ii tells him that since he still can't see him, that would be most unfortunate for him...

Ii Shinlon rips off the face of the clock and says that even though Goku can sense his ki, he can't see how it's being used... Because that won't generate ki... He throws the face of the clock past Goku, and it twirls back heading right for Goku... Goku asks him what he's up to... As it approaches, Ii yells for it to slice Goku up, but Goku turns around at the last second and stops it with his hands (grinding the spinning disk to a stop). Goku tells Ii that he can still hear with his ears.

Goku then tells Ii that he will now send him to the afterlife so he can apologize to Suu Shinlon, and throws the disk right back at him... Then he starts a Kamehameha... Ii Shinlon dodges the disk, which slices the clock tower down. Goku then fires a 10X Kamehameha hitting Ii Shinlon. After the light and dust subsides, he is no longer there. Pan yells "success!", and the others are happy as well. They start congratulating Goku, and he just smiles.

Later, now on the ground by the fallen clock tower, Chi Chi tells Goku that he did a good job, and looked great too. Gohan tells him that he finally succeeded, and Goku says that it was all because of them... Pan slaps Goku in the behind telling him not to be so modest, and Goku tells her it hurts, and they all laugh. Trunks asks where the Dragon Balls are, and Goku remembers them falling "over there". Pan spots one, the 2 star ball, and goes to it.

Then, the 2 star ball jumps up, and bounces away... Right into Ii Shinlon's hand as it bursts from the clock tower. Goku is surprised that he survived, and Ii tells him that he underestimated him, he did not think his strength would increase so much so fast... He tells him he won't be so careless again, and swallows the 2 star ball. Then, the 3 star ball floats, and goes right into Ii's mouth. Then, the other four Dragon Balls do the same.

Ii Shinlon starts powering up, and tells them that this is the combined powers of all the Evil Dragons, his true form. 7 lights then appear from Ii's chest, and all 7 Dragon Balls, back in their cracked and dark form emerge from there. Gohan notices Ii's powers are now far superior... Ii tells them that he has absorbed the powers of all the other 6 Evil Dragons... Goku may no longer be a match...
