Means something like Demon Ray, also known as Special Beam Cannon. It is a move Piccolo created at the beginning of DBZ. Cell is one who copied it. In GT, Piccolo does use it once, but it was very briefly, otherwise it's Cell in Hell that uses it against Goku.

Description

Energy is built up using two fingers, then shoots a spiral energy beam that can drill through the target.

First Used in GT: Episode 43

Rirudo's main attack, but it was never named. Used to turn Trunks, Pan, and Goku into metal slabs, also various parts of Planet M2.

Description

Rirudo fires a green energy blast from his mouth that turns things into metal. Also able to control the metal afterwards.

First Used: Episode 19

Ii Shinlon's ultimate attack.

Description

The first time, he had the Dragon Balls light up, fire lasers into the sky to produce a giant ball of energy. Then the ball shrunk, and Ii threw that. After that, Ii Shinlon just produced the ball with his hands.

An unnamed attack that Veijan and Ziguel does.

Description

Together, Veijan and Ziguel power up a blast with one hand behind them, and fire a beam together.

An unnamed attack of Trunks'. Looks like it could be his version of the Big Bang Attack.

An unnamed attack of Golden Oozaru Bebi Vegeta used in the fight against the Super Saiya-jin 4 Goku.

An unnamed attack that both Golden Oozaru Goku and Golden Oozaru Bebi Vegeta used on the populace of Planet Tsfuru.

They can breath fire from the mouth. Golden Oozarus can apparently do that now.

An unnamed attack of Oozaru Vegeta. Used in DBZ as well, but in GT, Vegeta was out of control at the time.

An unnamed attack of Suu Shinlon's, which he only uses to blast a statue to signify the start of his duel with Goku.
