Goku stands in an open field. The wind is blowing, he looks around curiously.
Goku: What's going on?
A little girl with short hair and wearing a yukata appears. She has a smiling face and laughs playfully.
Girl: Hello!
Goku: Uh, hello. What are you doing here? Do you know where I am?
Girl: Hehe! Wanna play a game?
Goku: Um, can you tell me where here is first little girl?
The little girl just smiles, then a little girl's playful laughter starts echoing all around them, it gets louder and louder.
Goku: Ugh! What's going on?
Goku covers his ears, but the sound soon brings him to his knees. The little girl is unfazed, and just stands there smiling at him.
Girl: I wanna play!
The laughter that echos around them changes and starts repeating "Ring around the rosy", over and over again. This causes Goku more pain and he drops to the ground, eyes remain open, but unable to move. The girl continues to smile happily.
At night, Goku wakes up in a cold sweat.
Goku: (breathing heavily) Whoa... What a nightmare... Hey Chi Chi... Chi Chi...
Chi Chi is sleeping beside him, heavily asleep.
Chi Chi: Oh Gohan, you've become a scholar, not like that lunkhead father of yours...
Goku: Chi Chi...
Goku shrugs it off, and goes back to sleep.
The next day, Goku is not stuffing his face at the breakfast table.
Gohan: Is something wrong otou-san?
Goku: (snaps out of daze) Huh? Oh it's nothing.
Gohan: But you're not eating.
Chi Chi: What!? Goku's not eating!? Is something wrong with my cooking?
Goku: No Chi Chi. Everything's fine.
Goten: Then why aren't you eating?
Goku: It's nothing. I just need some fresh air. I'll be back in a little while.
Goku exits the house, and flies off.
Chi Chi: (looking worried) Goku...
In the city, Bulma is in the middle of shopping, now walking down the street. She hears the faint sound of a girl's playful laughter. She shrugs it off and continues walking. Then, she hears it again, so she decides to investigate further, and finds herself walking into an alley. She walks deep into the dark alley and turns a corner, where she finds a man with a blank stare, just standing there.
Bulma: Um, excuse me...
Bulma then notices a small girl facing the man, back to Bulma, and the little girl is wearing a yukata. She turns her head to the side without turning her body to look at Bulma.
Girl: Heehee...
Bulma: Um... Hello little girl.
The girl turns around completely to face Bulma. She holds a dagger in her hand. About a foot long, small round handle, and the blade is a semi-transparent rounded crystal. The blade is covered with blood. The man then falls to the ground and a pool of blood grows.
Bulma: (looking scared) Oh...
Bulma starts taking slow steps back, and the girl, just stares at her, then suddenly, a girl's playful laughter echos all around them. The girl's has a cold expression, and Bulma looks around, unable to find the source of the laughter.
Girl: Do you wanna play?
The girl starts running at Bulma with the knife. Bulma is frozen in fear, then Vegeta appears in front and shields Bulma as the little girl jams the knife into the back of Vegeta's leg. Vegeta yells in pain.
Bulma: Vegeta! What are you doing here?
Vegeta: I sensed an evil ki and tracked it here. Hey runt!
They turn back to look, but the girl is gone. Laughter echos all around them.
Vegeta: Damnit!
Trunks flies and stops overhead.
Trunks: Otou-san! Are you all right?
Vegeta: I'm fine! Just a scratch. Go after her!
Bulma: She's wearing a yukata and has a weird looking knife! She may look like a kid, but don't be fooled!
Trunks: Right! (flies off)
Bulma: (To Trunks) Be careful! (To Vegeta) Come on, let's get you bandaged up first.
Bulma helps Vegeta hobble out of the alley.
