The kids look back to find the Bulma-lookalike who is Vegeta's mother in the doorway.
Vegeta: Mom!
Goku & Jeri: Auntie!
Pakku: Uh... President Briefs!
Vegeta's Mom: Oh don't be so formal, just call me auntie like Goku does.
Pakku: Umm, yes Auntie Briefs.
Vegeta's Mom: Just auntie will do.
Vegeta: So you heard everything?
Vegeta's Mom: Sorry, didn't mean to eavesdrop, but I didn't want to interupt such a facinating story. I'm so sorry Goku...
Goku: ........
Vegeta's Mom: Anyways, I'm sure Gill will be happy to help once we get him back online again.
Jeri: You know where he is?

Vegeta takes them down the hall and into another room, with two beds in it.
Vegeta: You guys can stay here.

Vegeta: No problem. I'll call you when dinner's ready. Come on Jeri.
Jeri: Why do I have to go?
Vegeta: Why would you want to stay? Come on, let's go...
Jeri: Oh all right...
Vegeta and Jeri leaves... Pakku starts bouncing on his bed, while Goku sits on his bed...
Pakku: You must be tired... Why don't you just lie down for a bit. I get you when it's dinner time.

Pakku turns off the lights and shuts the door as he leaves.

Gill jumps around a bit before he opens some compartments to allow his arms and legs to come out. He starts doing some stretch exercises...
Gill: Energy level 100%... Circuitry repaired... Motor functions repaired...
Vegeta's Mom: Welcome back Gill.
Gill: Unknown, unknown! 87% resemblance to Trunks' sister, Bra. 83% resemblance to Trunks' mother... Bulma.
Vegeta's Mom: Bulma is my great grandmother. Trunks is my grandfather.
Jeri: Hi Gill! I'm Jeri! Bra's granddaughter. This is Vegeta, Trunks' grandfather.

Jeri: Yea, he was named after him. That one over there is Pakku. He's not descended from anyone you know. This over here is Goku.

Jeri: No, not that Goku. He's named after him. He's Pan's grandson.
Gill: I see... 98% resemblance... Pan. Where is Pan?

Jeri: She's... dead.

Jeri: But that's where you come in! We need your help to find the Dragon Balls so we can bring her back!
A panel in Gill's back opens up revealing the Dragon Radar.
Gill: Dragon Balls detected! Error! Only 5 Dragon Balls detected...
Vegeta: Only 5? Is this thing broken or something?
Vegeta picks Gill up and looks at the display...
Vegeta: What the... I only see 3.
Vegeta gives Gill a few whacks..
Gill: (between the hits) 5 Dragon Balls... 5 Dragon Balls detected...
Vegeta: This thing is broken...
Vegeta's Mom: Hmm... Some of them could be shielded from Gill's sensors somehow...
Pakku: Then how the hell are we supposed to find them?
Jeri: We'll cross that bridge when we come to it! Let's go find what Dragon Balls we can find! Right Goku?
