POLICY FOR MISSING CLASS:
In the event that a student misses class, she is responsible for completing assignments and making up quizzes or tests. See me before school, at break, or at lunch for make-up work if it is not clear from the syllabus.
If a student misses one class, I expect her work to be turned in the day after she returns to school--even if our class does not meet that particular day. Simply stated, for each day of class missed, the student has an equal number of days to make-up her work. The student and I will agree upon the due dates for her work.
If a student does not complete her work by the agreed-upon dates, she will not receive points for that work.
MAKE-UP WORK IS THE STUDENT’S RESPONSIBILITY--with the cooperation of the teacher.
