We are capable of manufacturing flights of almost any size, from as small as 2” diameter by 2” pitch from 1/8” thick T-309 stainless steel, to as large as 72” diameter by 36” pitch out of 1/2” thick carbon steel. One of our biggest milestones was a cold formed flight that was 20” diameter and 20” pitch out of 1-1/2” thick A36 steel plate. |
