This unit is the loading section of a 60” wide belt conveyor. It utilized CEMA E 20 degree troughing idlers. The side skirting had to have special wear plates bolted in place to help resist severe wear.

This 20” flat belt conveyor was built for a foundry to transport spill sand from a hopper.

This 36” wide belt conveyor was designed to carry wet clay at 600 feet per minute with a capacity of 1240 tons per hour. This unit is able to convey material in ambient temperatures of up to 400 F.
