Vilberg-Victor Company Inc. is a leading manufacturer and supplier of heavy duty bulk material handling equipment such as belt conveyors, screw conveyors, and bucket elevators. In an effort to be of more service to our existing customers and expand our market, we will be happy to provide you with package unit handling products in addition to our bulk handling machinery.

In 1995 we used several sections of Omni roller conveyor to construct heavy duty flat belt conveyors. These conveyors are currently being utilized in some of the harshest conditions imaginable. Two belt conveyors are used to reclaim spilled sand at a molding machine. The conveyors are located in pits under the floor and become buried with sand at times. Another conveyor carries new sand to a mold line from a holding bin that has a 30 ton capacity with a 12 ft. long discharge opening. The last conveyor is used to transport reclaimed sand from a 90 ton storage hopper with an 18 ft. long opening, back into the system. The equipment has been in operation since 1995, and to our knowledge, none of these conveyors have had roller failure. We at Vilberg-Victor Co. believe this to be a great testimonial to the quality and durability of this product.
