Team Captain, Vince De Quattro
 

Vince De Quattro helms the squad for a fifth straight year after inaugural team captain, Chris Stately, left the company in May of 1999.  De Quattro serves as liason between the organization and the League Office, coordinates scheduling, team events,  and oversees the Bomber's charity baseball camp for the Oakland Youth Program during the off season. Under De Quattro's managerial watch, the Bombers are 62-19 (.765) over the past six years, including a 1998 LFL Championship Ring, LFL Championship Runner-Up Trophies in 2000 and 2002, and two LFL Division Titles in 1998 and 1999.
