And I get to do it all over again next week beginning with Thursday! Oh yeah! The things I do for a fat pay check... =)

"Be GOOD"

One Day Closer to SCHOOL (eeek!) 8/30/02

Today was cool. Me n Andrew met my Mama at Rubio's cuzz she went to the bank that's really close to Rubio's, on her lunch break. Good FOOD! One of my favorite places. Then my Mama let me barrow her American Express Card and CostCo card so I could fill up my gas tank. She's the BEST! Then after that, I went shopping! HAHAHA (too bad April wasn't around!).

First I went to Horton Plaza cuzz they have American Eagle and Horton's closer than Parkway Plaza. I'm not really into clothes it's just that I REALLY need some cuzz my stuff is gettin' old and faded and old and faded. Yup. I wanted to go ta AE cuzz they usually have cheap clothes like pants and shirts. When I got to Horton, I first took a look around inside AE and saw some cool stuff but then decided to go look into other stores to see if I could find anything better. So next I went to the Department stores but everything was expensive! So next I went to the video game store to see the new games but they're wasn't anything cool. Then I decided to go to Abercrombie and Fitch and MY GOSH they're stuff is WAY too much and most of their junk looks USED and ABUSED. Oh and while inside, I also remembered that Abercrombie used to sell thongs for lil girls! I don't wanna support any kinda company that tries to make America's Children into SLUTS and HOES and SKANKS and all those other bad names for girls! It's just PLAIN NASTY and sickening. I can't believe I forgot about my Boycott of Abercrombie. Anyway, after that I went back to AE.

Back at AE, I found some cool jeans and a nice shirt. All together I think I spent like $52 and some change. So then I left Horton Plaza and headed towards Harbor Drive cuzz I always take that way home

On the way home, I remembered that I need some shoes soon too! My Heelies are more than a year old and not new anymore so I took a quick stop at the Navy Exchange but nothing there caught my eye. So then it was back to Home where all I did was drink Gatorade (Greatest Drink On URFF) and watch TV till work.

Work was COOL today. Even thought it was a Hard Count where me n Christina (manager) have to count everything in the building(concessions), it was pretty easy and I managed to fit in a lotta kick-it time. I got to work at around 6:50pm and clocked it at around 6:55pm. I did my order list for napkins, straws, condiments and such and then got all the coupons from Jen (manager). I started counting the coupons at around 7:35ish and I finished at about 8:20. That was pretty fast cuzz usually it takes me like an hour or so cuzz I end up sorting and counting like 2,500 coupons. Then at 8:30 I did a lil shopping and bought some shoes from Sun Diego that only costed $40 and they're not ugly at all. I got back inside AMC at 9:00 and April called me up. So we talked for about half an hour. HAHA! 1 hour break (paid)! It was only 9:30 went I went back to the concession stand so then I just hung out in the back, drank Mr.Pibb, and talked to the other slackers at work. At around 10:15ish I started to do my counting the inventory stuff (candy, drinks, etc) and finished at around 10:50. Then I tallied up the Damage Logs for the week and counted the coupons that AMC received for the day and added them to my previous count of the week's coupons. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that in the movies, OUR WEEK begins on Friday (when the movies come out) and ends on Thursdays, that's why we do inventory for the WEEK on Thursdays. Then I went back to the Manager's office to put my coupon numbers in the computer and then I vacuumed the office cuzz that's my "special job." After that, I hung out for a while and drank and talked with a few co-workers on who'd be the next Supervisor(s). Then I decided to stay a while and help out.

Today I helped my buddy Hakim with his Tear-Downs. I Tore-Down Martin Lawrence:RunTelDat for Hakim so he could do other stuff and go home early. It was pretty fun cuzz it's an easy thing to do to get more hours. At about 12:40am, I finally decided to leave work. My buddy Jordan needed a ride so I gave him one. I didn't want him walking all the way to Clairemont where his gf lives at 12 in the morning! I'd feel bad!

I finally got home at 1:10am and i'm HUNGRY but can't find anything! Oh well, being on the computer gets my mind off the hunger. But now I'm tired and I think I'll go eat dinner(it's about time). Good nite!

To Me, Life's about my Family, April, and the other people I love and care for. And God too...

Summer's OVER!!! (8/29/02)

Please EXCUSE any spelling or gramatical errors cuzz this post is long and I'm too tired to proofread

Oh man! Summer is over for me now! Back to work tomorrow, Friday, Saturday, and Monday! My gosh, that's a lotta work! I do have Sunday off cuzz I requested to be off so I could hang out with My Princess (She's coming HOME soon!). But, I might end up speding time with My Family cuzz My Mama wants to hang out with us Boys (Me, Andrew, Roger, and Kuya West). We haven't gone out as a family in a while. I think the last time was for Mama's Birthday back in July but that was only for dinner. It's actually been FOREVER since we actually did something other than a meal. I think the last time was when we went to a Padres game for my Mama's Birthday back in 2001. It was FUN! There were big Fat Friars (Padre Mascott) running in a race and they fell over cuzz their heads were too big. There were also the Padres Girls who came out and had a big sling shot. They sling-shotted T-shirts to the crowd and it was funny cuzz they hit a bill board and it made a funny noise. Oh yeah, and to top all that off we saw back-to-back homeruns by the Padres and they WON. One of the BEST times of my life, honestly! So I hope if my Mama wants to hang out, April won't be too dissapointed if we don't hang out. Hey, Me n April have the rest of our lives to hang out, right? And I'll even have a class and lab with her this semester. So it'll all be good.

Today was okay... I cleaned, cleaned, and cleaned. So much that I was sweating and gettin "down n dirty" (not too dirty cuz i'm not dirty, I smell good all the time and am a CLEAN, well-groomed person. You can even ask April!). Then Mark called me up to hang out. So I called Cyrus and told him to hang out with us (Cyrus is weird cuzz I can't ask him to hang out. I have to tell him. Cuzz he can't make up his own mind!). Then Me, Mark, n Cyrus went to Starbucks cuzz that's Mark's favorite drink place (I think). Mark bought himself and Cyrus Caramel Frappuccinos (YUCK! Coffee!) and I bought myself a Grande Tazoberry n Creme. Mine was good. April called me so I talked to her after we found a table and it was so hard to hear her cuzz a lotta people were talking. Romeo met us there after he got off work and the three of them drank like half of my drink cuzz I had to put my head under the table just to hear April. I enjoyed my half-full (not half-empty) drink and talked to my buddies. Then we left to go to Mark's house (cuzz that's where my car was) at around 10:15pm cuzz it's a school nite for Mark n Romeo. Me n Mark told Cyrus to do a peel-out with his 200sx but he was chicken. So I got in my car and tried but man it's too hard to do it with my car! It's not too powerful and I tried twice but no Peel in front of them. I'm sure they laughed at me but I TRIED. Then down the street from Mark n Cyrus' houses I did my usual stop at the stop sign but then I hit the gas pretty hard and guess what, the tires peeled-out... Hehe. If only they would a minute earlier. Oh man, I gotta stop abusing my car. I love my car very much and have spent close to 2 g's on it (Repairs, Exhaust, Wheels/Tires, Broken Windshield, Stereo stuff). It may not look like I've spent that much on my car but I chose to build my car up the "RIGHT" way. I could've easily gotten the body kit first but I chose to lower it and get some wheels first. Cuzz a car looks funky and whack-ass with a body kit and stock rims and no drop. I'm sure you've seen cars with a body kit (most of the time unpainted) and stock everything else. It's just tacky and I say they got "too excited." Hah! My car does look nice though with the exhaust, drop and gun-metal wheels and I keep it clean. And the Stereo is cool. Wanna Hear it? Just lemme know. As soon as the CC's are paid off though, the kit is coming and then I'll be one happy guy. Hopefully by Christmas I can afford it. That would be the best gift ever! (*Hint* April) =D Uh-oh, I just got myself thinking about Christmas!

Christmas is the BEST time of year ever! Working at Fashion Valley during Christmas time is cool cuzz of the BIG Christmas tree and all the lights n decorations. And the mall is packed with people happy cuzz they're buying stuff and probably happy cuzz they're gonna be getting stuff. And I love the Christmas Time weather. I like that's it's cold outside and you get to dress warm and see all the bright, pretty decorations of Christmas. And it's cool cuzz you get to see you're family and talk and laugh and have FUN. Oh yeah, and all the cool Christmas specials on TV. Those are tight. "TIGHT LIKE A TIGER" -GoldMember. =D. Oh yeah! Christmas is COMING SOON!

Who said I was retired? 8/27/02

I was merely taking some time off to enjoy the outside world... You know, the world away from the computer.

Many things have happend since last time I wrote here. Let's see, I got a new cable modem and have Cox@home now. It's fast! and worth all the money. It's only $24.95/month. NO MORE waiting for those darn mp3's to finish. All I have to do now is start the download on WinMX and right then I can play it on WinAmp! Tight, huh? And I can also play Counterstrike and lose horribly cuzz I'm not too good yet. I'm not good as Cyrus n Mark who play 25 hours a day! But I'll be at their level sometime...

Oh yeah, We went to the Comic Con (Me, April, Cyrus, Kat, Mark, Sarmie) but it wasn't that cool. Mark didn't even hang out with us that long cuzz when we finally found him, we all wanted to leave. Mark always makes plans but never goes through =\. But Me n April ate good food at Horton Plaza after the Con so the day went good.

Oh yeah, I also bought some Wheels n Tires. I bought some light (13lb and some change) 15 inch wheels. I figured if I bought some 17's, they'd be too heavy. Seeing as my car isn't all that fast, the 17's woulda just caused me trouble. At first I bought some tires that were a brand that I never heard of because the Tire Man recommend them to me and said that I had 10 days to return them if I wanted to. So I tried them out. They were okay at first but after they were about a week old, they'd always squeak, especially after turns. So I brought those back and got the tires I originally wanted. The new Falkens that I got are good. They don't squeak much, only when I drive crazy and take fast turns. Getting 15's were way cheaper than 17's and with the extra left over moneys I bought the Cable Modem and Wireless Networking stuff to hook up the two computers in my house.

April left for Florida on the 19th and I've been alone ever since... All I do now it go to work, stay home, or go out wid my brother Andrew. Mark's called me a few times to plan a time to hang out, but he doesn't call me when it's time to go out. Oh well, what can I do? Anyway, April calls me every night and we talk for a bit till she gets tired. They're like 3 hours ahead of us over there in Florida so we don't talk for long cuzz her cell phone isn't free till it's 8pm over here (11pm there). I Love April and Miss Her very, very, very MUCH. She needs to come home NOW. But she's not coming back till Saturday the 31st. Too bad for me... Oh well, I'll be waiting here for her.
