On May 11, the Boulder History Museum hosted the Boulder History Day, which was meant to explore what had changed and what had stayed the same since the Gold Rush of 1859, when hordes of fortune-seekers began to settle in Boulder and when enormous herds of buffaloes once grazed the plains.
