StorageTek, a company in Louisville (close to Boulder) poisoned a 440-acre prairie dog colony, killing about 8,000 critters in one of the largest mass poisonings in Colorado history. This poisoning triggered an outraged reaction from the public in the local newspapers. The rest of this cartoon are the usual Bush speaking points, as you probably know.
