On December 22 2001, Richard Reid tried to detonate explosives hidden in his shoes in an attempt to blow up the American Airlines Flight 63 from Paris to Miami. Since then, the airport security guards, already on high alert, are inspecting the shoes of the passengers. I sympathize with these guards who have to search stinky slippers and I am amazed by the murderous creativity of the terrorist. So here is the Belly-bomber.
